A zippy Sauvignon Blanc, soft citrus, and lime notes with a refreshing
Quercus Pinot Grigio 14% Slovenia
A concentrated pinot grigio produced using older vines grown near the coast, and in between the alps a wine with aromas of ripe pear. grapefruit, and tropical notes of pineapple. medium bodied palate, silky refreshing finish.
Aromatic intense organic wine with exotic aromas of lychee, floral blossom, crisp honeysuckle finish great with seafood, and a firm staff favorite.
Sierra Da Estrella Albarino, 13% Spain
Fruit for the Serra da Estrela Albariño is sourced from pergola-grown fruit in the O Rosal area of southern Galicia to produce this fresh and vibrant white wine. It is there, near the border with Portugal, Galicia's indigenous grape Albariño displays the intense minerality and zesty apricot and citrus character that makes this such a popular grape variety. This wine is the ideal partner for seafood, Straw yellow in colour it displays delicate fruit aromas, freshness and complexity to the nose. The palate is vibrant, fresh and long.
Mahi Sauvignon Blanc 13.5% Marlborough New Zealand
An array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. this is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments an also some barrel aging the palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural midpalate, and a long finish.
